This so Exciting to see all the valuable information you provide here about each and every ingredient! Thank You So very much! I have been a Raw food Health Nut for almost 20 years now, but always thought Maple sugar was not good for one's blood sugar....I LOVE maple sugar, so I am thrilled to know its GREAT to be using now! Thank you very much. What about raw honey? I know someone who is limited to honey as a sweetener, but the maple sugar may be okay, it should be.
