What exactly is "White Passion"?

Many people ask me if white chocolate is really chocolate. The answer is yes and no. Traditionally, white chocolate is made up of about 33% Cacao Butter, 33% Milk Powder, 33% Refined White Sugar, and 1% Vanilla. So, you could say that white chocolate has part of the whole cacao bean in it--namely the butter.

I have been working on a vegan white chocolate recipe for about 1 year, which has finally culminated in what I call "White Passion". It is actually a white chocolate with a lemon flavor and no milk powder. The ingredients are: Cacao Butter, Maple Sugar, Coconut, Cashew, Red Maca, Nutmeg, Vanilla Bean, Essential Oil of Lemon, Lemon Peel, Himalayan Crystal Salt, and Massive Love from the Sacred Heart of Sacred Steve.

As a kid, I was a fascinated with white chocolate, only because it was so rich and decadent to me. White Passion is extremely decadent. As one of my recent taste testers said, "It makes me feel like I am a Queen in France tasting the very best that France has to offer."
